The Ranch family includes approximately 90 individuals who work full-time on the property. There are cowboys, equipment operators, welders, shop mechanics, housing and citrus workers and office staff. In off-duty hours employees and families enjoy a variety of activities. The swimming hole, complete with diving board, zip line, Tarzan ropes and rafts, is a favorite.
